Stock Availability

- Products are offered and delivered subject to availability.
- If the product ordered is unavailable, the seller shall immediately inform the buyer and may offer them a product of equivalent quality and price or, failing that, a voucher for the amount of the order, which may be used for any future order.
- If the buyer does not agree, the seller shall refund the sums paid within 30 days.
- Apart from refunding the price of the unavailable product, the seller shall not be liable for any cancellation compensation, unless the non-performance of the contract is personally attributable to them.

Sale price

- In accordance with Article L. 112-1 of the French Consumer Code (formerly Consumer Code, Art. L. 113-13), the sale prices for each product listed in the online catalogue are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes and excluding delivery and transport costs, which are specified prior to order confirmation and invoiced as an additional charge.
- The total amount payable by the consumer is shown on the order confirmation page.
- The product's sale price is that in force on the day of the order.
- Product sale prices do not include delivery charges, which are invoiced as an additional charge.
- In the event of a promotional offer, the professional seller undertakes to apply the promotional price to any order placed during the promotional period.

Price changes:
- The professional seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, whilst guaranteeing the consumer that the price in force on the day of the order will apply.

Order modifications
- Any modification to an order made by the consumer after confirmation of their order is subject to the professional seller's acceptance.

Order confirmation:
- The professional seller reserves the right to refuse any order on legitimate grounds, particularly if the quantities of products ordered are abnormally high for buyers claiming the status of end consumers.
